HUB OF ACTIVITY --> MARCH 11-27, 2007
The Clubhouse will be exclusively open to Club members, media, ICC VIPs and specially invited business persons hosted by Jamaica Trade and Invest and its corporate partners. Scheduled to open from March 11 – 27, 2007, the Clubhouse will serve as:

  • The home of all Club activities (in Kingston) during that period
  • The media centre for international media visiting Jamaica
  • A meeting place where Club members and invited guests can network.

International visitors will have the opportunity to experience Jamaica through product displays and sampling, electronic material, printed publications and through interaction with local business persons, gaining valuable insight on doing business in Jamaica, with specific reference to investment and trade.

Local company representatives will have the opportunity to have one-on-one discussions with potential investors or trade partners and use the Clubhouse’s meeting rooms for private presentations.

Features of the Clubhouse include:

  • Private meeting rooms
  • Seminar room
  • Luggage check-in area
  • Lounge and bar 
  • Wireless internet access throughout the entire Clubhouse.

Planned activities include seminars, breakfast meetings, cocktail functions and more. However, visitors to the Clubhouse will not miss a minute of the cricket action with television broadcasts of the matches throughout the Clubhouse.
